What we collect

When you place an order or reservation with Smoke Vibez we collect your name, a phone number or email address (you choose which; an email is needed only if you pay by card online), what you ordered, your chosen pickup time, and the date, time and internet address from which you accepted our Terms of Use. We do not ask for or store your date of birth or a copy of your ID.

Card payments

If you pay online, you type your card details into a secure form run by our payment processor, Clover. Card numbers go directly to Clover. They never pass through or get stored on this website.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare your order, contact you about it, confirm your identity at pickup, prevent sales to anyone under 21, prevent fraud, keep the records the law requires, and defend ourselves if a sale is ever disputed. We do not send marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

You are not added to any customer or rewards list unless you tick the box asking to be. If you do, your name and contact detail are added to our customer list in Clover, the system our store register runs on. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that run this service for us: Clover (orders and payments), our website hosting provider, and our email provider. We may also disclose it when the law requires or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies

This site uses one essential cookie. It remembers that you confirmed your age and accepted the terms, and what is in your cart. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you use the Accessibility button, your display choices (such as text size and contrast) are saved in your browser on that device only; they are never sent to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your name, phone, email and internet address for 6 months after the order is finished, then erase them from the order on this website. If you asked to join our store customer list, that entry is kept separately; ask us and we will remove it. We keep the non-personal parts of the order, such as items and totals, for bookkeeping and tax.

Security

The site uses encrypted connections. Access to orders is limited to named staff with their own logins, and staff activity is logged. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you as New Mexico law requires.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once your order is complete, by contacting us at smokevibez222@gmail.com or 505-500-7884. We may keep what the law requires us to keep.

Age

This site is only for adults 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
