Do I have to be 21? Do you check ID every time?

Yes. You must be 21 or older to shop with us, online or in the store. We check a valid, unexpired government photo ID at every pickup, with no exceptions, and the name on it must match the order.

How does ordering online work?

Find what you want on the site, add it to your cart and choose a pickup time. We get it ready and let you know, then you come to the store, show your ID and collect it. How pickup works

Which items can I pay for online?

Some everyday items, such as lighters, incense and snacks, can be paid for online. Tobacco, vapes, nicotine and everything else can only be reserved online and are paid for at the counter. An order with any of them in it is reserved as a whole.

How long do you hold a reservation?

14 hours. After that the items go back on the shelf.

Can someone else pick up my order?

No. Only the person who placed the order can collect it, with their own ID.

Do you ship or deliver?

No. Every order is picked up at the store, 800 Trinity Dr STE A, Los Alamos, NM 87544.

What are your hours?

Open every day, 6 AM to 9 PM. Hours and directions

Is the stock on the website live?

Yes. The counts on the site come straight from the register in the store and are brought up to date every few minutes, so what you see is what is on the shelf.

Can I return something?

Returns follow our in-store policy. Ask at the counter or see our Terms of Use.

Do you have a rewards program?

At checkout you can tick a box to be added to the store's customer list, so your purchases count toward store rewards. It is up to you: leave it unticked and nothing is added.

How pickup works, and the store rules

How online pickup works

  1. Order or reserve online. Some everyday items, such as lighters, incense and snacks, can be paid for online. Tobacco, vapes, nicotine and everything else can only be reserved: no payment is taken online for them, and an order with any of them in it is reserved as a whole.
  2. Wait for "ready". We email you and your order page updates.
  3. Come to the store yourself. 800 Trinity Dr STE A, Los Alamos, NM 87544. Bring your order number.
  4. Show your ID. Reserved items are paid for at the counter. The sale is completed in person.

Store rules

  • You must be 21 or older. No exceptions.
  • Valid, unexpired government photo ID is checked at every pickup. The name must match the order.
  • Only the person who placed the order can collect it. Nobody can pick up for you.
  • No buying for anyone under 21, and no resale.
  • Pickup only. Nothing is shipped or delivered.
  • Reservations are held for 14 hours, then released.
  • We can refuse or cancel any order, including if we doubt your age or ID.
